Business Transfers: To facilitate a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or sale of some or all of PropertyDeals' assets. In such transactions, user information is typically one of the transferred business assets. PropertyDeals may use artificial intelligence tools, including OpenAI APIs, to generate property descriptions and marketing content.

AI-generated content is created from listing inputs and metadata

User-uploaded contracts are not processed by AI

AI content may be edited by users

PropertyDeals does not guarantee accuracy or performance of AI-generated content

AI-generated content is informational only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

We may share limited data with third-party service providers solely to operate the Platform, including:

Google OAuth (authentication)

ATTOM (property data)

OpenAI (AI-generated descriptions & marketing materials)

Vercel (hosting and infrastructure)

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

We use essential cookies only, which are required for:

Do Not Track Signals: We do not currently recognize or respond to automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, such as "Do Not Track" instructions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or marketing pixels.

We do not currently use marketing pixels or advertising trackers.

PropertyDeals does not store private messages between users.

All deal-related communication occurs off-platform.

Communications sent directly to our support email may be retained for operational and legal purposes.

Wholesaler Applications: Sensitive documentation submitted for wholesaler verification that is not approved may be deleted after review to minimize security risks.
